Registration conditions and payment modalities

For your registration please use our online booking.
Please register up to four weeks before the start of the seminar so that we can confirm the date in good time.
If there are still places available, it is also possible for short-term booking. We will confirm your registration by e-mail. With the registration confirmation you will receive further information about the seminar (e.g. directions, time frame of the seminar).
Our seminars take place in public conference facilities or in hotels. With the confirmation we give information about overnight accommodations, which must be booked by oneself. Please book with reference to the VISTRA seminar.
The seminar fee is due two weeks before the seminar date. The prices are exclusive of VAT (currently 19%) and include seminar documents, drinks during breaks and lunch.
Replacement of speakers
We reserve the right to replace speakers if necessary.
Please send your cancellation by e-mail to he address stated in the booking confirmation. The date up to which cancellations can be made free of charge (usually four weeks before the seminar date) can be found in the confirmation. If the seminar is cancelled after this deadline, the following fees per participant and seminar will be charged for costs incurred: Up to 2 weeks before the seminar date – 25% of the seminar fees. Thereafter, the costs shall be paid in full. Of course we accept a substitute participant at no additional cost.
Cancellation of the seminar
We reserve the right to cancel the event if the number of participants is too low or due to force majeure (e.g. illness of the speaker). In this case, we will do our best to inform you in time. Of course in this case there will be no costs for you. Further claims are excluded.
