SQAS – Safety & Quality Assessment System

The Safety & Quality Assessment System (SQAS) is a standard of the European Chemical Industry Council (Cefic). It serves to evaluate the quality, safety and environmental compatibility of logistics providers and goes far beyond the requirements of ISO 9001. The companies are evaluated by independent assessors with the help of a standardised questionnaire. The results of these evaluations will be published on the Cefic website. Potential customers can thus inform themselves about the SQAS evaluation of their logistics service provider. An SQAS assessment is increasingly a prerequisite criterion for logistics companies to be able to work for companies in the chemical industry. VISTRA offers you intensive support in the preparation for the SQAS assessment and also accompanies you in the performance of the assessment by the external assessor in your company.
